My musical journey began with the innocent curiosity of a child fascinated by the melodic voice of a marimba, and it has since blossomed into a diverse career that straddles the realms of music performance and business management. As a graduate from Berklee College of Music, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Business with a minor in Recording and Production, complemented by a rich tapestry of experiences that span continents and cultures.

 

As a percussionist, my love for rhythm has found expression in various forms. From being the youngest principal percussionist in the Golden Sail Chinese Orchestra to collaborating with Berklee professors and masters in Chinese Microjam performances, my journey through the world of percussion has been both enriching and diverse. These experiences have not only honed my technical skills but have also deeply ingrained in me the importance of cultural exchange and innovation in music.

 

In my multifaceted roles - from managing shows to support emerging, dynamic artists on their way to making a mark in the music world (click here for details) to coordinating the production of Music NFT (non-fungible token) at Xiamen Exposure Technology - I've embraced the challenge of merging the unique rhythms of Eastern music with the dynamic beats of the West. My experiences have sharpened my skills in managing large-scale events, coordinating with international teams, and developing effective marketing strategies.
